The Larchmont Mamaroneck Youth Orchestra is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering the growth of young musicians through education and performance. Our mission is to provide aspiring orchestral musicians with valuable opportunities to develop their skills, while enriching the local community by offering accessible concerts and cultural experiences. Through our commitment to education and outreach, we aim to inspire and engage both the next generation of musicians and the broader public.
Since our formation, LMYO has empowered over 32 young musicians, providing them with performance opportunities and enriching their musical journey while enhancing community cultural experiences through accessible concerts and as we start our spring season of 2025 we currently have 45 members!
